First of all, we associate research center with Zhejiang University of Technology, NICE and have collaborative innovation program with Shanghai University to ensure our innovative capability in polymer material research and development.
Subsequently, in the new product design and tooling manufacturing section, we utilize DFM & Moldflow analysis, as well as tooling house precision manufacturing to ensure the perfect combination of design innovation and production feasibility.
Next, our products enter the molding production stage, where workshops 1 and 2 are equipped with high performance molding machines, which ensure the high efficiency of the production process and the excellent quality of the products.
This is followed by post processing, which includes painting, printing, welding and inserting ect. processes, which are executed in a superb manner to ensure an impeccable appearance and functionality of the product.
Finally, the product moves to the mechanical assembly stage, where we have three state-of-the-art assembly lines - Line 1, Line 2 and Line 3 - which are tasked with the precise assembly of different products to ensure their structural integrity and precision.
